Wunderkammer during AMSTERDAM FLOWER SALON at Magazijn

In October, floral designers Florian Seyd and Ueli Signer will create their 5th temporary “Wunderkammer” - a mix between a gallery & flower shop, filled with nature’s wonders. A unique collection of flowers & plants, natural objects, beautiful handmade artefacts and sculptures will be presented in a former warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam. This time including pop-up restaurant, so come, see, and experience this unique shop for a week.
This fall, The Wunderkammer’s theme will be the opposite of life - where after destruction to ashes, nature re-grows, re-sprouts or seeds itself even more vigorous than without fire. Australian grass trees, South African Proteaceae and lava rocks t are impressive examples hereof.

The exquisite works of art from Klaus Dupont and works by Cedric Laquieze will also be presented in the lush world of the Wunderkammer. Dupont sculptures, which will be shown for the first time in the Netherlands, are very popular amongst interior design magazines and collectors around the world. The objects that Laquieze creates from organic matters belong to a wonderful imaginary world that within the collection on show touches the "dark side of nature”.
