show a report of the participation of the designers of SALON/BJ during
Beijing Design Week Sept 25- October 4, 2013 in Dashilar in Beijing
The report will be with photos by Jan Willem Kaldenbach and samples of works produced in Beijing by Conny Groenewegen, Femke de Vries, Elisa van Joolen, Borre Akkersdijk, Desiree Hammen, Lara Tolman, Selina Parr,Ernst Van der Hoeven, Frank Bruggeman, Eric Roelen, Henny van Nistelrooij, Klaas Kuiken , Dieter Volcker, Sander Wassink, Reinier Bosch, Carolina Wilcke, Chris Kabel, Jan Rothuizen, rENs etc

sanvan.com at the China Creative Design Exhibition
Sander Wassink isn't finished yet with the Dashilar Pilot Store Project he designed during SALON/BJ. He left behind material for CAFA student Viola Zhao Hua, who worked close with Sander on this SALON/BJ project, so she can carry on. The work by Viola, a more perfect shoe and better producing techniques, will be on exhibition at China Creative Design Exhibition, October 26>28, 2013 in Beijing.

Beijing to work together with volunteering Chinese art students and
inhabitants of the Dashilar area. The Dashhilar area is situated in the
old center of Beijing and is one of the few area's where traditional
houses can be found. Several rooms and houses where assigned to the
participants of SALON/BJ for them to work in. The finished work is on
show in that same place.
